Packing Machine
1. It uses thermal shrinkage film for enveloping and electric
heating up to seal. And heating up by electric to shrink the     
film and finish packing.

2. The running speed is related with that of the stacker.

Automatic Feeding System

1. Automatic weighing feeding system for 6 components:
Virgin material, Recycled material, Color master,
Talcum powder, Fire retardant and stand-by.
2. The capacity of each component is 20-2000 kg/ h,
according to different raw materials.
3. Each component was fed by screw which was driven by
motor. The weighing was measured by the sensor and
feedback the signal to the controlling computer. The
accuracy: ≤ ± 0.5%.
4. The relative equipments of the feeding system,
involving steel frame, lower silos of materials,
transferring equipment from lower silos to upper
hoppers and so on.

Surface Cutting Device (offline)

1. To cut the surfaces so that the surfaces of the board become smooth for easy operation and both faces even for high precision.
2. The power of each motor to drive upper or lower cutter is 4 kw.
3. The power of haul-off motor is 2.2 kw.
4. The power of the motor to adjust the upper cutter is 0.75 kw.

Cross Online Shiplap Cutting Device

1. Online shiplap cutting system, cutting speed can meet the requirements.
2. The powers of cutting motors are 2.2 kw.
3. Vacuum dust absorbing system, three dust collecting pipes.
4. The power of vacuum motor is 5.5 kw.
5. Automatic board adjusting system.

Surface Embossing Device (offline)

1. Can emboss the pinhole surface, designing selected by the customer.

Longitudinal Online Shiplap Cutting Device

1. Automatic shiplap cutting online, two special made miller cutters.
2. The power of driving motor is 2.2 kw each.

Simple Raw Material Feeding System

1. Raw material mixer motor: 2.2 kw. Hopper volume is 2 m3
2. Screw Feeder motor 2.2 kw, automatic timing feeding
device. Hopper volume is 0.4 m3
3. Automatically stopping switch when main screw stop.
4. Square hopper, the volume is 0. 7 m3.

Controlling Cabinets

1. It consists of power controller and temperature controller. PLC controlled
system with human-machine interface is adopted. Thus, computer control
and manual control can be both realized.
2. DELTA transducer is equipped.
3. The temperature meter adopts DELTA with communication module .
4. The fuse is with pressure inspector and measure instrument.
5. All electrics are with high quality, including air switches and button and
so on.
6. The controller cabinet has good ventilation and cooling function to ensure
operation.
7. The control cabinet is treated specially for electric static proof.
8. Controlling Cabinets for Downstream Equipment’s are in their working
positions.

Moulds

1. One (350) is for product of 20-40 mm in thickness and 600 mm in width.
2. Another (250) is for 40-50 mm in thickness and 600mm in width.
3. The material of model is 40Cr with clothes hanger-type flow way. There
are 4 zones in temperature control.
4. The heating power is 7.2 kw (1.2 kw x 2 sides, 2.6 kw, 2.2 kw).
5. One spare die lip, surface planting with hard Chromium.
6. Temperature sensor is equipped on the mould increasing the precision of
temperature control.

Mould Temperature Controller

1. Heating power is 4 kw and flex is 60 I /min.
2. Cooling medium is indirect and the model connector is 3/8".

Second Haul-off Unit

1. Roller haul off, φ120 x 1200 mm2.
2. Gear driven by power of 2.2 kw with speed transducer
3. The shelf is welded by shaped steel.

Cooling Roller Shelf

1.Continues cooling roller shelf, the longitude from the calibrator to the cross cutting system will be decided according to the customer's requirement.

2.The shelf is welded by shaped steel.

3.Galvanized roller, φ50 x 1200 mm2.

4.Cooling in upper and bottom sides of the board by high speed fans.

Longitudinal Cutting Machine

1. Sawing cutting, cutting thickness: 50 -100 mm.

5. The width is adjustable according to different width of the
board.

Cross Cutting Machine

First Haul-off Unit

1. The hauling power is 3. 75 kw. Each transducer works separately to control speed.
2. The first pair of rollers is rubber rollers and transmitted by gear and cylinder tension.
3. The upper roller is adopted 2 double headed
φ125 x 100 mm2 cylinder tension.
4. The width of roller is 1200 mm.
5. The shelf is welded by shaped steel.

Hydraulic Station

Calibrator Machine, model: 1000 x 1200

1. It consists of pressing board, smooth board, shelf, driving organ, model support and so on.
2. The dimension of pressing boards is 1000 x 1200 x 20 mm3. One is placed on the top position while the other is at the bottom. The two boards are adjusted by screw lifter with the motor power of 2 x 0.75 kw= 1.5 kw
3. The smooth board is made of PTFE board of 1000 x 1200 x 1.0 mm3.

Basic Equipments:

mm.
